Benny Chambers

Benny David Chambers was born on November 1, 2011, in Stilwell, OK the son of Benjamin and Jackie (Elliott) Chambers and earned his heavenly wings on October 20, 2021, in Little Rock, AR at the age of 9.

Benny has always been a funny, caring, and loving child. However, one of his best qualities is how genuinely wise he was. He experienced a lot of hardships in his young life including his daddy passing away in 2016. He showed us how wise he was a few years later when he and his family visited the lake his daddy lost his life in. As his mom started to become scared that the kids were getting close to the water, he told her, "you can't be afraid," and then he ran down to the lake. Benny taught us a lesson that day that takes some people a lifetime to learn. Hopefully, it's one we all could remember now and be just as brave as he was.

He was currently attending school at Stilwell Elementary in Mrs. Fishinghawk's 4th grade class. Benny loved people and he loved going to school and getting to see his classmates and teacher. Benny loved his momma to pieces, but while doing virtual learning he said "momma I love you, but I don't love you as a teacher and I am ready to go back to school!" He had a huge heart and loved to give and help others whenever he could. Being so young, he was very smart and loved the "typical" 9 year old boy stuff like playing video games, watching youtube, watching any Godzilla, Zombieland or Superhero movies. He loved playing sports and this year was his first year to play Baseball and he loved it; he also loved to play basketball. He loved Iron man and the Megalodon shark. As any little boy, he was excited to go trick or treating this year, but God had other plans for sweet Benny and now he will be trick or treating in paradise getting all of his favorite candy. Benny gave the last thing he could on earth on Friday October 22, 2021, at 3 PM and gave the beautiful gift of donating his organs to ensure other children and adults will have an opportunity to strive in life thanks to his precious and generous soul.

Benny was preceded in death by his father; Benjamin Chambers, grandparents; Mary and Jerry Chambers

He is survived by a loving family which includes his mom; Jackie Chambers and partner Robert Jarvis, brothers; Jerry Chambers, Calub Lewis and Jordan Chambers, aunts and uncles; Billy and Dana Chambers, Harvey and Von Sawyer, Jill chambers, and Jerry Pat Chambers. Numerous cousins, family and friends who also survive him.

Benny's favorite colors were neon green and bright red if you want to wear those colors in his honor the day of the funeral!
