Bradley Chaffin

January 20, 1982 — February 21, 2017

Bradley Wayne Chaffin, 35, was born January 20, 1982 in Stilwell, OK. Bradley died February 21, 2017. Brad loved hunting, fishing, gardening and being out in nature. Brad was interested in the Bigfoot legend and always wanted to go "Squatchin." He also loved playing the guitar and singing. Brad was a good ole country boy.

Brad loved God and did his best to be a faithful servant. He always asked people if they had any prayer requests and prayed daily for others. He will be remembered for his big heart and willingness to help anyone he could. Brad loved his family and was always checking on them to make sure they were okay or if they needed prayer. He was a member of Mulberry Tree Baptist Church.

Bradley is survived by his parents, Zeddy Chaffin and Laurie Buckner Phillips of Stilwell; wife Sara of the home, two brothers: Matthew Chaffin and wife Robin of Greasy, OK and Jason Chaffin and wife Jessica of Cookson, OK. His survivors also include many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins, and a host of friends. He was loved by all and is greatly missed.

Brad was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents M.O. and Marilyn Buckner, paternal grandparents Clyde and Myrle Chaffin, uncle Freddy Chaffin, and cousin Daniel Buckner.

Bradley gave the gift of life by donating his organs and tissue to those in need. Many lives will be impacted by this act.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, Feb. 28 under the direction of Hart Funeral Home with burial at Ewing Chapel Cemetery. Pallbearers were Matthew Chaffin, Jason Chaffin, Jordan Chaffin, Hunter Coughran, Charlie Buckner, Jody Mendenhall, Carney Duncan and Wayne Pinkerton. Honorary pallbearers were Vince Fuson, Bart Herigstad, Art Davis, Chris Creel, Travis Buckner, Tommy Buckner, Leland Buckner, Arthur Buckner, John Kosterlistsky, Tom Snellgrove, Stoney Walton, Les Fox, Josh Fox, Jacob Fox, and Jeremiah Fox. Robert Fourkiller will deliver the eulogy.
