Carolyn Foster

Carolyn Sue Foster, passed away at the age of 64 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. She was born on March 23, 1959, in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Carolyn will be dearly missed by her family and friends, as she leaves behind her daughters Tamirah Foster, Mitzi Foster, and Jackie Cantrell, along with her sister Annette Hogner and brother Curtis Hogner.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her mother Elsie Fixin, brothers Marvin Hogner, William Eugene Hogner, Jr., Woodrow Hogner, her daughter Jamie Foster, and grandsons David (DJ) Foster and Kenneth Foster. She is survived by her daughters Tamirah Foster, Mitzi Foster, Jackie Cantrell and son in law Doyle Cantrell, Candace Delgado, grandchildren Darrion Foster, Jacob Foster, Justice Foster, Adrian Foster, Mya Cantrell, Cashus Cantrell, Sasha Cantrell, Alysia Delgado, Manuel Delgado, and great-grandchildren Xavia Spiegel, Melijah Spiegel, Adrian Foster, Jr., and Adriel Foster.

Throughout her life, Carolyn found joy in the simple pleasures, such as looking for crawdads, mushroom hunting, swimming, and being outdoors. She devoted her time to her beloved family, especially her grandchildren, and was known for her strong work ethic.

Carolyn Sue Foster will forever remain in the hearts of those who had the pleasure of knowing her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, hard work, and cherished memories with her family and friends. May she rest in peace.

In honor of Carolyn's memory, a Funeral Service will be held at Echota Baptist Church on Friday, March 22, 2024, at 11:00 am.  Carolyn will be laid to rest after the Funeral Service at Echota Cemetery.   Prior to the service, a Public Viewing will take place at Hart Funeral Home in Stilwell Oklahoma on  Thursday, March 21, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
