Emma Kay Catcher, daughter of the late John Tiger and the late Ruby Mae (Cornsilk) Hogner, was born June 6, 1947 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She was called to her heavenly home on August 6, 2021 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma at the age of 74 years and 2 months.
Emma Kay always had a smile everywhere she went. She has always been very adventurous and hard working. Kay would lend a hand to anyone she came across. She loved being a friend to make you laugh. She was a mother not only to her children but to many others as well. She loved spending time with all her family and friends; especially with her best friend, Mrs. Wanda Hudson.
Emma Kay was preceded in death by her parents, John Tiger and Ruby Hogner, daughter Rhonda Setser, brother Charlie Tiger and uncle Eugene Cornsilk.
She is survived by her children, Joe Dale Catcher and wife Tina, John Derek, Robin and Jared Bunch, all of Stilwell; sister Billie Solomon of Oklahoma City, sister Georgie Hogner of Tulsa; two grandsons Justin Setser and Robert Catcher; two granddaughters Rhonda Renee Catcher and Miranda Jo Catcher; great grandchildren Gracelyn Kay Setser, Treadyn Setser and Keazdyn Setser; 8 nieces, 3 nephews and many friends.
