Georgetta Scott

Georgetta Scott was born November 3, 1964 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to George and Janice Scott. She passed from this life on February, 12, 2022 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma at the age of 57.

Georgetta grew up in the Rocky Mountain Community where she attended elementary school. She graduated from Cave Springs High School and later attended Vo-Tech, receiving a degree in business administration. Jetta worked at American Woodmark and Cherokee Nation Industries until her health no longer permitted.

Jetta was a huge OU Sooner fan and she loved her music, especially when Cari took her to see Eddie Vedder live in concert. She also loved and adored all of her grandbabies. Jetta was always happy no matter what decision they chose during their life.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents Hickey and Annie Scott and Louisa Blackbird, one sister Sherry Scott, two brothers Edward Scott and Kevin Scott and one son Joshua Ryan Teehee.

She is survived by her parents George and Janice Scott of Stilwell; two sisters Cari Scott and Deanna Scott both of Stilwell, daughter Denise (Cubby Joe) Teehee; grandchildren Skyla Bunch, Kylee Bunch, Jacob Bunch, Alysa Bunch, Malaysia Teehee, Taylor Teehee and Akeelah Teehee all of Stilwell, several nieces, nephews and a host of friends and loved ones.

She will be greatly missed and always remembered.
