Margaret Scrapper

Margaret Scrapper the daughter of Arch and Bessie (Hughes) Murphy was born May 23, 1937 in Hulbert, OK and departed this life on December 15, 2017 at her residence in Stilwell, OK at the age of 80 years.

Margaret loved her family and had a special place in her heart for her grandchildren. Margaret was a very great cook. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, playing basketball, softball, and kickball. She was the kind of woman that would be out there playing instead of sitting back and watching the others play. She was very competitive when it came to games, especially when playing dominoes and cards.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Cecil Marie Rider and Bessie Sue Vanbibber; her brother Haskell Murphy.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her children Jed Justin Scrapper and wife Margaret of Sallisaw, Earl JR Scrapper and wife Janine of Tahlequah, Gerald Scrapper and wife Kathy of Stilwell, Larry Joe Scrapper and wife Jonanna of Tahlequah, Arlene and husband Hughie Childers of Stilwell, Michelle and husband Christopher Allen Bush of Marble City; Nicholas Dewayne Brewer, Elizabeth Scrapper, Kenda Michelle Roubideaux; Her brother James Murphy; her babies Brittani Arlene Childers, Brandon Lee Childers, and Dustin Dakota Bush. She leaves behind 22 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 3 great- great grandchildren and 2 great-great-great grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive her.
