In Loving Memory of McKinsey Dalaina Fuson

February 20, 1995 - October 29, 2023

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of McKinsey Dalaina Fuson. Born on February 20th, 1995 in Stilwell, OK, McKinsey was a compassionate and dedicated individual who touched the lives of many during her time with us.

McKinsey's unwavering dedication to service led her to a career as a Deputy/Truant Officer with the Cherokee County Sheriff's Department. Prior to that, she served as a Deputy with the Adair County Sheriff's Department, embodying a strong sense of duty and justice. She was highly respected by her colleagues and made a positive impact in her community. McKinsey's commitment to protecting and serving others extended beyond her professional life as she also served as a board member for the Hwy 100 West Fire Department.

Outside of work, McKinsey was a loving mother who cherished time spent with her daughter, Dusty Kimble. They enjoyed fishing, hunting, and embracing the beauty of the great outdoors together. One of her greatest passions was riding horses, finding solace and joy in the freedom and connection that it brought her.

McKinsey will be deeply missed by her father David (Holly) Fuson, her mother Charlene Kirk, her beloved daughter Dusty Kimble, her brothers Jay (Jennifer) Fuson, Kolton Fuson, and Michael Ramos, her sisters Elania Robins, Hanna Fuson, Brianna Robins, Amber Fuson, and sister-in-law Leah Fuson. She will also be remembered fondly by her aunts Daisy Davis, Peggy Davis, Jackie (Charles) Fuson, Beth (Allen) Eaton, her uncles Andrew (Debbie) Fuson, Robert (Christina) Fuson, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews who adored her, her grandmother Coriene Fuson, and her fiancé Eric York.

To honor and celebrate McKinsey's life, a public viewing will be held at Hart Funeral Home in Stilwell, OK, on November 1st, 2023, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. The funeral service and graveside ceremony will take place at the Fuson Newman Cemetery in Stilwell, OK, on November 2nd, 2023, at 2 p.m.

McKinsey will forever be remembered for her kind heart, her dedication to others, and her unwavering love for her family. May she rest in eternal peace.
