Pearl Mae (Howard) Warner was born June 14, 1967 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma to Hubert and Stella (Pettit) Howard. She was called home on August 13, 2020 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma.
Pearl was a devoted grandmother, mother, wife, sister and friend. She grew up in Stilwell, Oklahoma, where she worked as a CNA for years. In 1996, she relocated to Cameron, Louisiana, where she quickly became known and loved dearly in the community. She worked for a while as a mail carrier before going to work at the local grocery store in the butcher shop. After Hurricane Ike in 2008, she returned to Stilwell and went to work in the meat department at Walmart.
Pearl's favorite thing in the world was being a grandmother and spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking and especially loved cookouts at the lake and creeks. She also very much enjoyed working in her flower garden. She never met a stranger, and she would help anyone in need.
Pearl was preceded in death by her husband Gary Warner; her parents, Hubert and Stella Howard and two brothers, James and Carl Howard.
Those left to carry on her memory include her three children, Julie Hebert and husband Calvin; Jennifer Fuson and husband Jay; and one son Justin Howard. She is also survived by her three brothers, Hubert Howard, Daniel Howard and wife Christine, Clifton Howard and wife Candace; her seven grandchildren, Kollin, Landen and Phoenix Hebert, Nadaleigh and Gaige Fuson, and Kavin and Kaslee Howard. One adopted son, Vernon Cooke of Virginia, two sisters-in-law, Sue Wheelock and Deborah Rond, many nieces, nephews and countless loving friends.
