Ronny Osker Littlejohn was born on October 10, 1942, to Felix and Rita Littlejohn. Ronny passed from this life in his home on Friday, February 10, 2023.
Ronny grew up in Stilwell his whole life. He owned the old APCO store here in Stilwell in 1973. Ronny loved to call himself a professional gambler. Everyone knew if new furnishings showed up in the house that his gambling wins were good. He really enjoyed playing dominoes and loved having poker night with his friends. Watching OU football and old western movies were just a couple more ways Ronny enjoyed spending his time. Watching Jeopardy with Ronny was a clear indication of his love for History.
Ronny loved to travel around to watch the Stilwell Indians basketball team play any time they had a game that he could make it to. Hosting family gatherings were always a big deal and done at his house. Many good memories were made during those times.
Ronny, Charles, and Leo built his home on Hwy 51 in 1998. He was a gifted carpenter and added beautiful details throughout his house.
Those left behind to cherish Ronny’s memory are the love of his life, Louise Littlejohn Harye, whom shared the raising of one son and two daughters; his brothers Charles Littlejohn and wife Martha of Stilwell, Oklahoma, and James Littlejohn and Sharon Littlejohn of Oklahoma; his children, Rev. Leo Duncan and wife Patty of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Angela Sue Morgan and husband Bill of Stilwell, Oklahoma, Sandra D. Smith and husband Rodney of Stilwell, Oklahoma; a special niece Charise Donnel Christie; his grandchildren, Chance Scott, Stephanie Fletcher and husband Robert, Madilyn Morgan, Miranda Jo Catcher, Seth Kent, Krista Kent, Kari Lynn Duncan, Chasity Gail Duncan and Chase Leo Duncan and numerous great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends.
Those waiting with open arms for Ronny are his parents Felix and Rita and his brother Doyal Littlejohn.
Ronny wouldn’t want anyone to be sad for too long. He would want everyone to remember the laughter, love, and the memories shared.
