Samuel Billings

Samuel Brooks Billings was born April 4, 1939 in Black Rock, Arkansas to James William and Mary (Parks) Billings. He went home to be with the Lord on April 5, 2021 at his home in Stilwell, Oklahoma surrounded by a loving family.

Brooks retired from Ozarks Electric after 31 years of service. He enjoyed hard work, fishing, taking care of his yard, gardening and woodworking.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James W. Billings and Mary Billings, four sisters and one brother.

Brooks leaves behind his wife of 38 years Eula Billings, two brothers, one sister, seven sons, three daughters, five daughters-in-law, two sons-in-law, 19 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Several nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends and relatives also survive him.
