Viola Turner the daughter of Cecil and Nellie Mae (Turman) Scott was born March 10, 1938 in Hungry Mountain and departed this life on March 11, 2019 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years and 1 day.
Viola enjoyed life and she loved her family. She enjoyed working outside taking care of her yard and her garden. She was a hard worker and wasn't afraid of hard work. She enjoyed taking care of her calves and just working around the farm. Viola was a good cook and she enjoyed cooking. Family was very important to her and she loved family gatherings and having everyone together. She never complained and was always thankful for what she had. Viola touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her grandson Kevin Kimble.
She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband Lester Turner of the home; her children Russell Turner and wife Teresa Lynn of Stilwell and Charlene Kimble and husband Mike of Bunch; her sisters Leola Robbins of McAllen, TX, and Barbara Baker Ft. Gibson; Charles Scott and wife Tana of Bunch, Gary Scott of Bunch and Larry Scott of Bunch; her grandchildren Stacy Eubanks and husband Jeremy of Bunch and Charles Kimble and wife Lisa of Bunch; and her great grandchildren Kanton Patterson, Shade Eubanks, Paisleigh Eubanks, and Sage Kimble. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
