Wanda Henson

Wanda Darlene Henson the daughter of Marvin and Ina (Francis) Nicholas was born July 21, 1950 in Columbus, Indiana and departed this life on November 5, 2017 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 67 years, 3 months and 15 days.

Darlene loved her family and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a momma to everybody and when the kids were growing up she was the neighborhood babysitter, whether they knew it or not. She treated all of her children and grandchildren's friends just like her own. She had a huge heart and showed that in the way she treated everyone. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles and never found one that she couldn't finish. Though everyone tried to find puzzles so small or 3-dimensional that she wouldn't be able to finish it, she conquered them all. Darlene touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father Marvin Raymond Nicholas.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband John Isaac Henson Jr. of the home; her mother Ina Nicholas of Stilwell; her children Johnathan Henson and wife Gina of Stilwell, Tracy Daigneault and husband Joey of Stilwell, and Jason Henson and wife Lori of Bentonville; her brothers Marvin "Nick" Nicholas Jr. and wife Diane of Mesquite, TX, and Rick Nicholas and wife Donna of Las Vegas, NV; her sister Kathy Webb and husband Larry of Polk City, FL; 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.
