Wynoma Asbill

Wynoma Asbill the daughter of Bart Roden and Mary Jane (Wolfe) Myers was born January 7, 1947 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on October 31, 2018 in Tulsa, Oklahoma at the age of 71 years, 9 months and 24 days.

She was raised by her granny Lillie Scott Wolfe in the Wauhillau Community and grew up with her lifelong friend Donna Abbott. Wynoma loved her family and she loved the Lord and was a member of Faith Tabernacle for over 40 years. She enjoyed reading her Bible and playing on her tablet. Wynoma worked as a legal secretary for Legal Services, a non-profit organization, for over 47 years. She believed in hard work and helping others. Wynoma touched many lives over the years and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her son Phil Asbill.

She is survived by a loving family which includes her husband of over 52 years, Bill Asbill of the home; her children John Kevin Asbill and wife Angela of Stilwell and Kendra Asbill of Stilwell; her grandchildren Sydney Rodriguez and husband Randy and Christian Asbill all of Stilwell and her great granddaughter Maizie Rodriguez. Several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives also survive her.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, November 2, 2018 at Hart Memorial Chapel with Bro. Charles Crozier officiating. Interment will follow at Tyler Springs Cemetery under the direction of Hart Funeral Home.
