Sherman Etheridge

April 6, 1933 — August 26, 2022

Sherman Darrell Etheridge, 89, of Siloam Springs, AR, passed away on August 26, 2022. He was born on April 4, 1933, the son of Sheridan Etheridge and Bessie B. (Eaves) Etheridge in Stilwell, OK.

Sherman was a great man who would have helped anyone he could. He did the greatest thing you could do, and served his country in the United States Army being in the Korean War and 82nd Airman. He then was in the National Guard for 3 years before being honorably discharged. In his spare time, he loved watching operas, OU football, watching deadliest catch and the news, he loved gardening, traveling and collecting records of all types. His greatest passion, was spending time with his family. They meant the world to him. He will be missed by all he leaves behind.

He was preceded in death, by his parents; and daughter, Lisa Etheridge.

He is survived by a loving family, which includes his wife of the home, Marisol (Martinez) Etheridge; children, Phillip Etheridge, Sheri Etheridge, Angela Etheridge, Darrell Etheridge, Julian Siandua, Carlos Tullez; step children, Natacha Villanueva and Gerogina Castro-Martinez; brother, Garland Etheridge. Numerous family and friends he leaves behind.
